Dr. Manik Chandra Das

Dr. Manik Chandra Das received the Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bengal Engineering College (DU), Shibpur, Howrah, India. He finished his Master Degree in Manufacturing Technology at National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research, Kolkata, India. He did his Ph.D. in Production Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. His research interests include Productivity Analysis, Quality Design & Control, Optimization, Sustainable Development and Project Management. He published papers in peer reviewed journals and presented papers in various national and international conferences.

Dr. Sourav Das

Dr. Sourav Das has a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, USA and completed M.Tech and BE from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Howrah respectively. His fields of interest include Logistics & Transportation, Optimization, Quality Design & Control and Product Design & Development. Dr. Sourav Das has authored several papers in peer reviewed national and international journals.

Dr. Ankita Ray

Dr. Ankita Ray acquired B. Tech in the discipline of Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Calcutta Institute of Engineering & Management and M. Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management from MAKAUT, WB. She has a PhD in Industrial Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Her fields of interest include Circular Economy Sustainable Development, Supply Chain Analysis & Inventory Planning, Logistics & Transportation and Optimization. Dr. Ankita Ray has published several research papers in various national and international refereed journals.

Dr. Bivash Mallick

Dr. Parag Sen
Assistant Professor
Dr. Parag Sen did his PhD from NIT Durgapur and postdoctoral from IIT Delhi. Before joining MAKAUT, he has worked in several academic institutions. He has also worked in UKIERI project with IIT Kharagpur, Jadavpur University Kolkata and Aston University Birmingham. He has got several publications in high impact factored SCI enlisted journals. He has also two publications in ABDC-A category journal. His current research interest includes but not limited to sustainability. He is interested in collaborative research work. His main areas of teaching and research include Quality Design & Control, Sustainable Development, Supply Chain Analysis & Inventory Planning and Optimization.
