About Dr. Chandranath Bhattacharyya

Dr. Chandranath Bhattacharya is well acclaimed forensic science expert with over 40 years of experience across
India and abroad. Dr. Bhattacharya has served as the Director and Chief Forensic Scientist, Directorate of
Forensic Science Services (DFSS), Govt. of India. He was also the Director, Central Forensic Science Laboratory
(CFSL) Kolkata, Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad and Central Forensic Science Laboratory, New
Delhi (CBI). Dr. Bhattacharya is a Forensic Ballistics expert who has served in various major on field
investigations. He also specializes in Forensic Intelligence, Quality Assurance and GLP.
