About Dr. Najmun Nahar
About the faculty: Ph.D. At Jadavpur university, department of food technology and biochemical engineering in 2023. Master of science (clinical nutrition and dietetics) from Vidyasagar university in 2015. Bachelor of science (food and nutrition) from Calcutta university in 2013. Qualify the State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by UGC in 2014. Work as a guest lecturer at Santal Bidroha Sardha Satabarsiki Mahavidyalaya from 2015 to 2016. Obtained 4th position in the early career researchers competition, organized by legume science (Wiley journal) in 2022. Obtained 1st position in a paper presentation, entitled “antioxidant activity of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus)” at the state conference and scientific seminar (AIMLTA) in 2016. Obtained 1st position in a paper presentation, entitled “role of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) in human health” in a national seminar on research trends in medicine and biology: the issues of health, ecology, and management (KRARDSWI) in 2016.
