• B. Tech in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology
• M. Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Technology
• M. Tech in Embedded Systems and VLSI Technology

M. Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Technology and M. Tech in Embedded Systems and VLSI Technology– These are two year AICTE approved in-house degree programme with an intake capacity of 30 students each. The programmes are interdisciplinary in nature and prepare students to undertake multi-disciplinary assignments in corporate organizations as well as equip them for academic / teaching positions in a multi-subject environment in a contemporary educational institution.
